Consent to processing contact details

I freely consent to ARS LLC (Agency for Registration Support of Medicinal Products), address: premises 16/27, 12 Presnenskaya Embankment, Presnensky Municipal District, Moscow, Russia, 123112, processing my contact details to review my medicine enquiry, clarify information and respond.
This covers the name and reporter role I provide, my sending email address, optional phone number and correspondence relating to these contact details. Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction, by automated and non-automated means.
Consent lasts until review of the enquiry and related correspondence is complete or until I withdraw consent. Contact details processed solely on this consent are retained until that purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn, subject to any independent lawful basis for further processing and applicable deletion requirements. This does not determine the retention period for pharmacovigilance case records.
Contact details are not provided to other organisations for independent handling of the enquiry. This does not describe the technical processing performed by email service providers.
I may withdraw consent by emailing info@pharmrussia.com or writing to the address above, identifying the sending email address and date of my enquiry. Withdrawal does not prevent processing on an independent lawful basis.
This consent does not authorise advertising, public disclosure or processing of patient health data. A checkbox is not written consent to processing health data or evidence of authority to act for another person.
